Today, we pray for Texas, considering Proverbs 16:18: “Pride comes before a fall.” While Texas is known for its strong sense of self-reliance, independence can sometimes turn into pride. We ask God to help Texans—leaders and everyday people alike—seek humility, remembering that the ultimate source of strength and leadership comes from God alone.
